01What the Diwali puja booking includes
A standard booking covers the Pandit Ji arriving at the confirmed location, setting up at the puja space, taking sankalp with the family details provided, performing Ganesh Puja first, then Kalash Sthapana, deep prajwalan, Lakshmi Puja, and aarti guidance. Kuber Puja, hawan, Chopda pujan, a second Pandit Ji, or samagri arrangement can be discussed as optional additions before the quote is confirmed.
02Choosing your slot on Diwali night
Almost every family wants the same evening window, so a realistic slot matters more than requesting one exact minute. Share your preferred time, your locality, and whether you can accept a broader Pradosh Kaal window. The booking desk will confirm whether the request can be placed before any payment is asked for.
03Pradosh Kaal
Pradosh Kaal is the broad post-sunset period inside which most household Lakshmi Puja requests are planned. It is usually easier to schedule than the narrower fixed-lagna slot, though Diwali travel and nearby bookings still affect the final confirmation.
04Sthir Lagna
Sthir Lagna, commonly requested as Vrishabha Kaal for Diwali Lakshmi Puja, is a shorter fixed-lagna window inside Pradosh Kaal. It is often the most requested window of the evening, so timing flexibility and an early request improve the chance of practical scheduling.
05Mahanishita Kaal
Mahanishita Kaal is a late-night window used in particular traditions and temple observances. It is not required for a standard household Lakshmi Ganesh Puja. If your family tradition specifically asks for midnight worship, mention it during the request because availability, travel, and pricing work differently.
06Chopda pujan and account book worship
Chopda pujan is traditionally observed by many business families for new account books, ledgers, cash boxes, safes, tills, or tools of trade. If your accounts are digital, you can include a symbolic ledger, a printed opening page, a computer, or the till itself. Tell the desk what you plan so the Pandit Ji can prepare accordingly.
07Booking early
On ordinary days one Pandit Ji can serve multiple pujas across the day. On Diwali, many requests compete for roughly the same evening period. A Pandit Ji can realistically conduct only a small number of nearby pujas during that window, so request early, keep timing flexible, and share multiple addresses together if you need home and shop puja in one plan.
08Samagri and what you arrange
Samagri is never assumed. In many home bookings the family prepares everyday items such as diyas, flowers, fruit, sweets, and a puja thali. Ritual-specific samagri can be discussed where available. Confirm whether samagri is included in the quote, whether you already have idols or photos, and whether your family tradition needs anything specific.
09Diwali puja online
Families in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, UAE, or elsewhere can request online Diwali Puja where the ritual is suitable for video participation. Share names, gotra where known, calling city, and time zone. The desk will explain what timing is practical before confirming the booking.
10Cost of a Diwali puja booking
Diwali is a peak date, so the quote depends on the evening slot, travel, selected format, hawan, Chopda pujan, samagri support, number of Pandit Jis, and distance. The final quote is shared with inclusions and exclusions before payment. No price band is published until the business owner confirms current ranges.
